Return & Refund Policy (Within 30 Days)
We accept return and refund requests within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

Items must be in resellable condition

A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided

Return requests must be submitted via email to metacore01@outlook.com within the 30-day period
Once the returned item is received and inspected, We will notify You whether Your refund request has been approved or rejected.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, using the original method of payment.
Cancellation Policy (Within 12 Hours)
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact Us as soon as possible via metacore01@outlook.com, including Your order number and reason for cancellation.
If an order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible. In such cases, You may proceed with a return in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy above.
Exceptions
Return shipping costs are not covered by METACORE SDN. BHD., unless the item received is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon delivery.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Items that are not in original condition or packaging

Paint, glass, hazardous materials, or custom-cut items

Clearance, discounted, or promotional items
